Nordique spa Mont Ste – Anne is a quick trip from downtown Quebec City for a memorable day–or more–of rest and relaxation. It’s a peaceful setting on a private lake, and with over 300,000 square feet of property to explore, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Whether you want to find your bliss in the thermal baths, a facial, or a hike, you’ll leave here happy with the experience.
Thermal Baths

Modeled after the Scandinavian tradition of hot-cold-rest circuits, the Nordique adds a fourth step to the commonly used process, whirlpool baths. Start with 10-15 minutes of heat in a sauna or steam room. Follow that up with under a minute of icy cold. Then, rest for 10-15 minutes before ending with some time in a whirlpool. Then repeat the process.
Note that these thermal baths are not fed by a hot springs aquifer, however, they’re still soothing and therapeutic. .
