River Oaks Hot Springs Spa – Paso Robles, California

The central California town of Paso Robles is famed for its vineyards and rolling hills, which is also where you’ll find the River Oaks Hot Springs Spa. Ten individual hot tubs can be found both within and outside the property.

This is a day spa only, and there are no overnight accommodations.

All the private hot tubs at the River Oaks Hot Springs Spa are filled with natural artesian thermal water, which flows at a steamy 117 °F. There are five inside and five outside. These individual hot tubs range in temperatures from 96 – 104 °F and can be adjusted as desired. Patrons can prearrange a temperature reading by calling beforehand.

Pets are not allowed in these waters. All of the hot springs’ jacuzzis are robe- and swimwear-optional for privacy and comfort. Amenities include a lockable closet, bathrobe, towel, and spa slippers.

Spa Services

The full-service spa offers various types of massages, facials, waxing, and wraps. Special packages are also on the menu, such as their “Sip & Soak,” which allows visitors to wine taste for one hour from the comfort of their private hot tub while overlooking the vineyards. The Chocolate Lovers’ Special also serves tub-side dessert paired with a local wine.
