Scandinave Spa Mont-Tremblant is found 5 kilometers from the Tremblant Ski Resort, and an hour and a half north of Montreal in the Laurentian forest and alongside the Diable River. It’s located just shy of two hours from Ottawa, making it a viable day trip for those in Southeast Ontario.

At the Scandinave Spa, spaces are divided into three categories: hot, cold, and relaxation. All baths are treated with both chlorine and bromine to ensure proper safety. None of the water is sourced from thermal springs, so this isn’t a hot spring but is similar in therapeutic benefits. This location includes the following:

Dining
A quaint bistro is available for lunch and dinner. Guests can choose from a variety of delicious locally made soups, salads, sandwiches, quiches, desserts, and beverages–including wine, something other branches don’t supply.
Fruit, tea, and water stations are positioned around the facilities to keep everyone hydrated.
Hotels
Spa Scandinave doesn’t offer rooms for overnight stays but has a list of hotels they partner with in order to accommodate guests as part of certain spa packages.
There’s another location in Quebec at Scandinave Spa Vieux-Montreal, located 140 kilometers to the southeast, in the heart of Old Montreal. It’s about a two-hour drive, more or less, depending on traffic.
