Located in Salt Springs, Florida close to Lake George, the Silver Glen Springs Recreation Area is a popular place to swim and play year-round. These crystal-clear warm springs maintain a consistent 73 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the seasons.
Visitors love snorkeling with the fish in this beloved swimming hole. It’s also an archeological area, so preservation is important here. Silver Glen Springs is located within the Ocala National Forest. Keep in mind the park can reach capacity on weekends, so have a backup plan in place.
