Mountain Point Lake and Hot Springs is a unique private rental located just south of Salt Lake City in Bluffdale, Utah. The highlight is the natural hot springs, and a beautiful 5-acre lake with a lakeside dock, all of which are private for you and your group.

This exclusive hot springs experience is open year-round and booked in 3+ hour slots for daytime, or 1.5 hours if it’s late evening. Activities include swimming and paddle boarding in the private lake, in addition to the mineral hot springs.

While the mineral-rich hot springs pool is open all year for private rentals, the 5-acre lake does close during the colder winter months. The naturally heated thermal springs usually hovers around 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Amenities include a portable toilet, spacious on-site parking, a two-story dock that fits up to 50 of your friends, and a sand beach by the lake.

Paddle boards, kayaks, and life jackets are provided for guest use. This is a great spot for any large group gathering, from sports teams to office parties to family reunions.

In addition to the aforementioned activities, scuba diving is offered through Neptune.
